These technologies assure you of high profitability on sales
and satisfied vending machine customers. The two major technologies
used in our vending machines are the "Rutherford System"
and the
"Guaranteed Vend."
The Rutherford Technology System
is a combination of back-office vending software, electronic
devices installed in each vending machine and hand-held
computers. This comprehensive system makes it possible
to:

used by all of our Route Managers.
- Collect Merchandise "Movement"
Data:
if something is not selling, we change the
product mix.
- Profitability Analysis: if a machine
is not making money for you, we
know right away.
- Longer "Up Time": we
know before the
customer does if a machine requires service or
repair.
Guaranteed Vend
This technology
uses a combination of electronic devices and sensors that
detect whether a product has been properly dispensed.
If, for any reason, the product has not been released
by the machine, this technology will make two additional
attempts to vend the product. In the unlikely event that
the product still has not been dispensed, the system will
give the user the option to select a new item or receive
a refund on the spot.
